The two cashiers need to learn how to speak to customers. The way the both of them spoke was so disgusting. You ask then a question and get ignored on purpose. An old lady was spoken to like dirt. They think they are doing you a favor. It was so unnecessary for them to speak like that to anyone. They are just darn right rude. A big wake up call is what is required for the two ladies ( not worth calling them ladies). Wish someone could go undercover there to see how the staff treat the customers. I applied for a new Identity document in May 2013 in Roodepoort Johannesburg due to the fact that my previous I.D was misplaced / stolen. While applying for my new I.D I enquired whether I would be able to get a new I.D with my maiden name rather than my married name. I was told that it would be ok and that there was no additional fee involved either. Gratefully I accepted the opportunity and applied, paid and left.
